Madison receives payments from its’ clearing firm Pershing, LLC when you maintain cash balances in certain money market sweep accounts. These payments are paid by the fund’s distributor and are shared between Madison and Pershing, LLC. These payments to Madison may result in a reduction of the interest credited to customer accounts. The payments may range anywhere between 0.00%-0.50% of the average daily balance of the fund for the aggregate of our customers’ balances. Investment professionals do not receive any portion of these payments for account balances you keep in cash, mitigating any conflict of interest in recommendation of a cash strategy. Further, you may choose a money market sweep account that does not contain a revenue sharing component and therefore may result in more interest being credited to your account. Refer to Madison’s Sweep Program Fund List to confirm whether the fund you selected participates in the revenue sharing arrangement described here. You may change your money market sweep account at any time by contacting us or your investment professional.
